Pay however works for you

Got a finance department? We offer Net {{ netTerms }} against a PO, with a W-9 and your PO number right on the contract. Don't have one? $400 holds the date, half the balance at 90 days, the rest 14 days before. ACH, check or card, we really don't mind.

Insured, and happy to prove it

$2M general liability, and we'll put your venue on it as additional insured. Just ask and we'll get the certificate over to your coordinator. Almost every venue asks for it, and we've always had it ready.

Someone's always got your date

Every event day, one of our DJs stays unbooked and on call. Your timeline, your names and your music live in the planning portal, so whoever covers walks in already knowing all the details.

What an event DJ costs

What moves the number

Events vary more than weddings do, so we offer custom proposals. Five factors change the price:

  • Event type quoted
  • Duration $150 / hr
  • Venue size and guest count quoted
  • Optional enhancements from $600
  • Travel outside our service area quoted

Everything's written into the contract before you sign, so nothing shows up on the invoice that you didn't already agree to.

Departmental events, staff and faculty functions, and student programming. Also Greek life and campus events.

Homecoming, prom and school socials. Clean edits by default and a chaperone-approved list.

Not your problem

You shouldn't have to think about any of this. Your venue might ask about some of it, so here it is in one place. Forward it to whoever needs it.

    Load-in and setup
    We usually arrive 2 hours before event start and are usually out one hour after it's over.
    Power
    We bring all the extension cables we need and tape everything down.
    Dress
    We dress to the event. A gala gets a suit, a tailgate doesn't, and a school dance sits somewhere in between. Tell us the vibe and we'll match it.
    What we don't do
    We're a DJ company, not an AV vendor. No projection, staging, or audio for a full stage program. If your event needs that, we'll happily work alongside whoever does.

Check the date

Tell us the date and where it is. We'll come back with whether it's open and what it costs, then an optional 10–15 minute call to talk the night through.

Plan the night

You and your DJ fill in the timeline, the names and the music in the portal. It's done a month out.

03

We show up early

Two hours before your start time. Your DJ is there all night, and we're out within an hour after it's over.
