Work Nightbird events

Weekend work, real gear, and events that people remember for the rest of their lives. We train people from the ground up, whether that is on the decks, behind a camera or running our social media, and we pay them while we do it.

You can be based in Atlanta, Athens or anywhere in between.

Two roles
Most needed

Event DJ

You are on the decks and the mic. Weddings, corporate parties, campus events and school dances across north Georgia. Paid training from zero, and you are out performing sooner than you would expect.

  • Weekends, mostly Saturdays
  • No experience required

Social media

You film our events and cut the footage into short-form video. Filming, editing, captions, and knowing how to create social media engagement.

Paid training

You learn on our gear, at real events, next to someone who has done hundreds of them.

Our gear, not yours

Sound, lighting, booths and backup are ours. If you shoot, your own phone is enough. Nothing you need to start comes out of your pocket.

You pick your dates

You set your availability and we'll staff you on events based on that.

How hiring works

Four steps, and you will know where you stand at every one of them. We answer every application, including the ones we say no to.

  1. 01 Apply You fill out the form for the role you want. A few questions, no cover letter, and no resume unless you want to send one.
  2. 02 Tasks by email Our hiring team emails you tasks to complete. Follow the directions in those emails, and you will see the kind of work the job involves.
  3. 03 Online interview An online interview with the hiring team.
  4. 04 In person An in-person round, so you meet the people you would actually be working with.
